Call for Papers

中国-东盟 中医药国际研究生学术论坛自2023年由贵州中医药大学发起举办以来，已成功举办三届，活动得到世界中医药学会联合会、上海中医药大学国际教育学院等多家单位和机构的大力支持。

Since its launch by Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2023, the China ASEAN International Graduate Student Essay and Academic Seminar on Traditional Chinese Medicine has been successfully held for three editions. The event has received strong support from various institutions and organizations, including the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies and the International Education College of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

为深入贯彻“一带一路”倡议，推动中国-东盟中医、中药的传承与发展，促进国际研究生的学术交流与合作，提升中医药学科的现代化与科学化水平，贵州中医药大学拟于2025年9月中旬在贵阳举办“2025中国-东盟中医药国际研究生征文及学术研讨活动”。现面向海内外中医药及相关领域国际研究生和硕士以上学历的中医药从业者，诚邀高质量学术论文，具体安排如下：

In an effort to advancethe Belt and Road Initiative, promote the inheritance and development of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Chinese Materia Medica between China and A-SEAN, foster academic exchange and cooperation among international graduate students, and improve the modernization and scientific rigorof the TCM discipline, Guizhou University of Tr-aditional Chinese Medicineis scheduledto host the 2025 China ASEAN International Graduate Student Essay and Academic Seminar on Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guiyang in mid-Sep-tember 2025. We are therefore calling for high-quality academic papers from international graduate students in TCM and related fieldsandTCMpractitioners with a master's degree or higher, both domestically and internationally. The detailed arrangements are as follows:

（一）征稿对象

(1) Eligible Participants

1.海内外中医药及相关领域国际研究生；

International graduate students in TCM and related fields, regardless of their current location;

2.具备硕士研究生以上学历的中医药从业者。

TCM practitioners holding a Master's degree or higher.

（二）选题方向（包括但不限于）

1.中医药学术热点专题研究进展（综述）；

A review of researchadvancesoncutting-edgeacademictopics in TCM;

2.中医药与世界各国传统医学理论比较研究；

Comparative study of TCM theories with traditional medical theories from around the world;

3.中医药在海外不同国家和地区的发展现状研究及本土化特色研究；

Studies on the current development status and localized adaptations of TCM in various countries and regions abroad;

4.中医药文化海外传播研究；

Studies on the international dissemination ofTCMculture;

5.中医、中药等学科的基础理论及其临床经验、应用研究；

Fundamental theories, clinical experience, and applied research in disciplines such as TCM and Chinese Materia Medica;

6.中药资源、中草药栽培种植、中药药效物质基础、中药药理作用机制及临床中药应用等领域的研究进展；

Advances inresearch concerning Chinese medicinal resources, cultivation of Chinese herbal medicines, material basis for the efficacy of Chinese medicines, pharmacological mechanism-s of Chinese medicines, and clinical application of Chinese medicines;

7.与人体特定疾病有关的微量元素研究，微量元素缺乏/过量与疾病治疗（包括中医中药治疗）的相关性，新检测技术与方法的建立与应用等；

Studieson trace elements related to specific human diseases, the correlation between trace element deficiency/excess and disease treatment (including TCM treatment), and the establish-ment and application of new detection technologies and methods;

8.对微量元素与健康领域等特定热点问题的总结与展望（综述）；

A comprehensive review and prospects for particular hot topics in the realm of trace elements and health;

9.中医药产业在海外市场的发展现状及国际化路径研究；

An examination of the current development and internationalization pathways of the TCM industry in overseas markets;

10. AI智能技术在中医药领域的应用与发展。

Application and development of AI technologies in the field of TCM.

（三）投稿要求

(3) SubmissionGuidelines

1.投稿须为与论坛主题相关的学术论文，可为独立或合作撰写（投稿人须为第一作者）；

All submissions should be academic papers pertinent to theconference's theme. While collaborative authorship is welcome, the submitting individual is required to be the first author;

2.坚持学术原创原则，严禁剽窃、抄袭，一经发现取消参评资格；

Academic integrity and originality are paramount. Plagiarism or any form of unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate forfeiture of eligibility;

3.文章可用中文或英文撰写，正文字数原则上不少于5000字；

Articles can be composed in Chinese or English. As a general rule, the main content should comprise no fewer than 5,000 characters/words;

4.文章需严格遵循学术论文规范格式，详见附件说明；

Strict adherence to the prescribed academic paper format is required for all articles. For complete specifications, please consult the attached document;

5.仅接受未在其他刊物公开发表的论文。

Eligibility is limited to papers that have not undergone prior publication in any other conference or journal.

四、投稿方式及论文集说明

IV. Submission Methods and ProceedingsNotes

1.投稿截止时间：2025年9月8日（以邮件发送时间为准）；

Submission Deadline: August 30, 2025 (email timestamp will be considered definitive);

2.投稿方式：

How to Submit Papers:

（1）填写《论坛回执表》（见附件），包括作者基本信息及论文摘要；

Please fill in the Forum Reply Form (found in the attachment), ensuring it includes your author information and abstract;

（2）将论文电子版（Word与PDF格式各一份）命名为“单位+姓名+电话+论文题目”，发送至论坛邮箱：ieco@gzy.edu.cn；

Email your paper (both Word and PDF versions required), named as "Organization+Name+Phone+Paper Title," to theconferenceemail: ieco@gzy.edu.cn;

3.所有被采纳论文将编入论坛论文集，仅供参会者内部交流使用，论文集无正式刊号，不影响作者后续发表。

Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings, intended solely for internal discussion among participants. The proceedings will not have an ISBN/ISSN, ensuring it does not prejudice authors' future publications.

五、论文评审与奖项设置

V. Paper Review andPrizes

1.评审方式：邀请海内外中医药研究领域专家组成评审委员会，进行匿名评审，确保公平、公正；

Review Method: A review committee, comprising experts from Chinese and international TCM research fields, will conduct anonymous peer reviews to ensure fairness and impartiality;

2.奖项设置：一等奖（不超过2名），奖金各10000元；二等奖（不超过4名），奖金各6000元；三等奖（不超过6名），奖金各2000元；优秀奖若干；

Prize Structure:

First Prize: Up to 2 recipients, each awarded RMB 10,000; Second Prize: Up to 4 recipients, each awarded RMB 6,000; Third Prize: Up to 6 recipients, each awarded RMB 2,000; severa-l Honorable Mentions will also be granted.

3.获奖论文将择优推荐至《贵州中医药大学学报》《微量元素与健康研究》进行审稿；

Winning papers will be preferentially recommended for peer review by Journal of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Studies of Trace Elements and Health.

4.获奖名单将在评审结束后于贵州中医药大学国际交流合作处官网及官方微信平台公布；

Winners will be announced on the official website and WeChat platform of the International Exchange and Cooperation Office, Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, afte-r the review concludes;

5.获奖者将受邀参加“2025中国—东盟教育交流周”主题活动，国内参会者的往返差旅由主办方承担。

Winners will be extended an invitation to participate in the main events ofthe 2025 China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week. For Chinese participants, round-trip travel costs will be borne by the host.

For Journal of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine:Go tohttps://gyzx.cbpt.cnki.net/ to download the template for previously published articles. Manuscripts should then be drafted following the prescribed format, which includes both Chinese and English titles, author biographies, and a clear hierarchical structure;

2.《微量元素与健康研究》：请参考官网https://wyjk.cbpt.cnki.net/portal提供的投稿指南进行格式排版；

For Studies of Trace Elements and Health: Formatting should adhere to the submission guidelines found on their official website: https://wyjk.cbpt.cnki.net/portal;

3.两刊为中文期刊，稿件如为英文请先翻译为中文，并可附英文标题、作者信息、摘要与关键词；

Both journals are Chinese-language publications. If your manuscript is in English, please translate it into Chinese first. You may also include an English title, author information, abstrac-t, and keywords.

4.优先刊发省部级以上资助项目成果，请在来稿时注明项目层级、名称及编号，并附相关佐证材料。

We prioritize the publication of research outcomes from projects funded at the provincial/ministerial level or higher. When submitting, please specify the project's level, name, and numb-er, and attach relevant supporting documentation.
